The Noire Pageant: March 12+13

#ThingsWeLove: Perle Noire spent 10 years creating and conceptualizing The Noire Pageant as a tribute to BIPOC burlesque performers. She single handedly created opportunity for these performers to be crowned & celebrated in an industry that often overlooks their excellence. The first Noire Pageant took place on our stage last year, and this year it will be held on on March 12+13!
