After playing a full set, A Killer's Confession fronted by nu metal legend Waylon Reavis stayed and played some more, including their cover of Johnny Cash's version of "Hurt" by Nine Inch Nails.

HUGE THANKS to those guys.

Funny story. I saw them last summer at The Forge w/PigWeed. I vividly recall looking at their stage set and immediately thinking that there was a zero percent chance that it could happen in this tiny place, considering it has huge large LED screens with stands.

When their agent hit me up about the date, I called him and told him straight up that there was no way in hell they could pull that off here and I didn't want them to book it and then show up here all pissed off, so I'd rather be upfront. I was told that they think they can.

Well, that's on them, then.

Waylon said that every band he knows that have played here ALL told him the same thing, that there was no way in hell and he was nuts.

For those keeping score, that means the "Can they pull this off?" poll shows that the people who have been to The Looney Bin unanimously voted that it wasn't possible.

But, when I walked in today, Waylon was standing on the stage. "I introduced myself and he told me that everyone said he couldn't do it, so he's gonna do it and blow the roof off this fucking place."

Turns out that the only guy who has never set foot in this place was right. THEY PULLED IT OFF, FLAWLESSLY!!!

Well done, guys!
