Super excited to announce the relaunch of this program with a new addition I have been wanted The 8x10 to host since we bought it.
There is no greater joy than watching a band or artist launch, grow, and then succeed in their career.
One of the true pleasures of owning The 8x10 is seeing a band work their way up from Open Mic Night to headlining their own weekend shows, and residencies.
We are proud to announce the relaunch of our system to help bands do just that.
This whole program is meant to work together, yet each night be a stand alone event.
1st Tuesday is Open Mic Night
2nd Tuesday is 5 Bands for $5
3rd Tuesday is Open Jam Night.
4th Tuesday is 5 for $5 playoff when needed.
***Open Mic Night***
Anything goes! Solo acapella, bands, comedians, etc.
Must have open mind and good attitude!
***5 Bands for $5***
5 different bands in a 6 month long contest to win prizes.
Grand Prize is an opening spot at The 8x10
***Open Jam Night***
Intended for experienced players to mix it up and improvise.
Come see strangers jam with others at their same level.
Hosted by The Open Jam Band with a special guest musician each month!
