For over a decade, the Houston Zoo has been one of our favorite community partners. We’re so excited for their new Texas Wetlands exhibit opening this week that we brewed a beer together! Comeback Wit is an homage to the bald eagle, American alligator, and whooping crane – all animals that were near extinction, much like the witbier style itself. But also like the witbier, these animals have roared back to prosper and all will be featured in the new exhibit. So stop by the zoo and enjoy a Comeback Wit while experiencing the Texas Wetlands.
