Interactive Installation artist Camila Magrane will premiere her newest work ‘RESTLESS’ at IllUM Art.Tech.Music 7/13✨
⇢ "Restless" is an interactive video installation that explores the relationship between motion and time. It prompts viewers to reflect on whether movement influences representations of time and space. Aesthetically, It is loosely inspired by the early photographic work of Eadweard Muybridge and his study on movement.
⇢The installation consists of 3 large LED walls where the speed of the audio and visual components are controlled by the amount of movement in the physical space.
⇢The visuals are accompanied by a dark minimal techno soundscape composed by local electronic musician SPIITE.
