Clearly we are excited about winning the Fort Worth Weekly 5th Annual Cowtown Chili Cook-off, but we are most excited about the money raised by some incredible local chefs to benefit Cook Children's.
So excited, in fact, that we want to keep on giving back. For the entire month of March, all proceeds from every bowl of award-winning chili purchased from the Honky Tonk Kitchen (open daily!) will be donated to Cook Children's. “There is no better way to enjoy this win than by continuing to give back to our community partners,” says BBT Culinary Director and Head Chef Chris Fersch. Billy Bob’s Texas has a long history of partnering with Cook Children’s over the years and are thrilled at the opportunity to work with them again.
